Overview

Red Flags is a comprehensive risk indicator dashboard that surfaces AI-detected red flags across all tracked companies. Red flags are sourced from filings, news, and analyst research, then scored by importance (1–10) and categorised into Behavior, Financials, Geography, Markets, and People.

The page supports deep filtering, two view modes (table and cards), a detail modal with live borrow market data, and the ability to submit your own red flags. Stat cards at the top give you an instant read on the risk landscape: new flags in the last 24 hours, a 7-day trend chart, and total flag count with month-over-month change.

What you can do

Overview & Filtering

  • Stat cards: New Red Flags (last 24h with High/Medium/Low breakdown), 7-Day Trend (mini bar chart), and All Red Flags (total count with month-over-month change)
  • Filters: text search, date range, category (Behavior / Financials / Geography / Markets / People), market, importance level (High 7–10 / Medium 4–6 / Low 1–3), sort by date/importance/company/market cap
  • View toggle: Table view (detailed columns) or Card view (colour-bordered cards with summaries)
  • Export: download the current filtered results as CSV

Detail & Actions

  • Detail modal: risk level badge, company info, live metrics (market cap, short interest, borrow fee, available-to-borrow), quick actions, full summary, source links, Bollwerk notes, and review status
  • Mark as Reviewed: track your triage progress — toggle to undo
  • Add to Watchlist: choose an existing list or create a new one directly from the detail modal
  • Submit new red flags: company, ticker, category, type, importance, source, and notes via the Submit dialog

Tips

  • Start each morning by checking the "New Red Flags (24h)" stat card — filter to High importance for critical items
  • Use the 7-Day Trend chart to spot whether risk signals are accelerating across your universe
  • The detail modal pulls live borrow data — if a flagged company also has a high borrow fee or low availability, that corroborates the risk signal
  • Mark flags as Reviewed as you triage them to avoid re-reading the same items
  • Submit your own red flags to build a team knowledge base — private flags are only visible to you
  • Combine the Market filter with Importance "High" to focus on specific geographies or exchanges
